Clarifying nature of Lancashire towns

I have rewritten this article to remove the language that Liverpool and Manchester were merely prosperous villages before the industrial revolution. In real history, Liverpool was granted a Royal Charter in 1207 that established it as a borough, a planned town. Manchester was designated a town in the early 13th century, and granted a town charter in 1301. Given that the world of JS&MrN is close enough to our own to be recognizable, I would assume that something similar might have happened in that world, although perhaps the charters were granted by the Raven King, or occurred later in history following the assumption of guardianship of his realms by the southern kings.--Chuckhoffmann (talk) 01:25, 11 September 2025 (UTC)
