William Holland (1757–1815) was a publisher of satirical and other prints.
In December 1807, Mr Holland commissioned an engraving, The Spirit of English Magic urges Mr Norrell to the Aid of Britannia and sold it from his shop at 11 Cockspur-street, although the actual printing was done at a shop at St Paul's Churchyard [11].* The print was a resounding success, selling over 700 copies in a month [11].
